If you’re someone who loves to bring your pets along on a trip or you’re someone who loads too many cargoes on your vehicle, installing cargo barriers on your car is a must. With cargo barriers in place, you can be sure that your animals or cargo’s do not slip their way to the passenger area in case of collision.
We are an authorised dealer of cargo barriers from Hayman Reese, a leading company in vehicle protection solutions with more than six decades in the industry! In all Hayman Reese cargo barriers, utility and aesthetics are combined for your ultimate satisfaction. Some of the basic features of Hayman Reese cargo barriers are their ease of installation and removal, provision of escape mechanism for increased safety, and the fact that all are drop-tested for strength.
Hayman Reese Cargo Barriers
Hayman Reese cargo barriers are part of a market leading range which have been stringently tested for safety and durability. Hayman Reese boasts NATA standard (AS/NZS4034.1) accredited testing facilities in South East Melbourne which ensures each and every cargo barrier produced is compliant with Australian safety standards.
Hayman Reese cargo barriers are designed and manufactured with our safety in mind whilst providing you with easier installation options and aesthetically appealing designs. Our qualified and experienced engineers ensure that each and every cargo barrier passes the intensive safety testing process before releasing it to market.
Hayman Reese continues to lead the way with a range of cargo barriers featuring a unique diminishing grid design providing the perfect balance between optimum rear visibility and dense grid spacing within the impact zone for maximum safety.
Hayman Reese cargo barriers are designed to fit a range of vehicles including full size commercial vans and smaller hatch, wagon and passenger vehicles.
Designed to ensure your safety whilst achieving a minimal and aesthetically pleasing appearance, each Hayman Reese Cargo Barrier features:
- Interior trim plugs to cover up unsightly drilling holes for when you decide to remove the unit.
- Diminishing grid spacing providing maximum visibility and extra dense reinforcement in the high impact zone.
- Dual positioning offering the flexibility of placing the unit where you need it the most (on selected vehicles).
- An escape mechanism to increase safety and prevent hazards (on models with no internal opening latch).
Each Hayman Reese cargo barrier is drop tested to simulate the impact of driving your vehicle into a solid brick wall at 48km/h.
The test works by dropping weights up to 200 kg onto a cargo barrier from 4m high, a devastating effect which only the most robust of designs can survive.
By measuring the mesh distortion and anchorage system damage after the drop test is executed, only then will the safest design be released to market.
Hayman Reeses’ extensive testing, measurement, inspection and calibration development facilities have resulted in NATA accreditation to AS-ISO/IEZ 17025 – 2005. NATA (The National Association of Testing Authorities) is Australia’s national laboratory accreditation authority.
